A co-worker's boyfriend sent her roses yesterday. For him, it is a weekly thing, not a special just for valentines thing. This morning she had me count how many were in the pretty vase - there were 13, not the usual dozen. She called and asked him why and he said "so you can give one away".

I'm back. Interview started with jokes about an inquisition, forcing me to call for the rack and the comfy chair. It went reasonably well, but perhaps not brilliantly so. I'm afraid I did not have any brilliant ideas to offer for solutions to issues in the house, but perhaps they like the way I talked around it. I get the feeling that while the supervisor who left, and the company nurse would be best pleased for me to be in that position, the program director and the head of the company may be looking for some one new.
