Angel: Just admit it: you think you're gonna ride in, save the day, and sweep Buffy off her--Spike: Like you're not thinking the same thing. Angel: I'm already seeing somebody. Spike: What, dog girl?

'The Girl in Question'

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I'm all caught up! Woot! Lots of chatter today.

I, being hopeless romantic would LOVE to have a steady gf on v-day. I've had it but once. Spoiled her rotten. My fav part of the evening was picking her up with a single flower in hand. She got all smiley and blushy and admitted that she's never gotten flowers before. After opening the car door for her, I pop the trunk and pull a whole bouquet for her. She was positively glowing. She kept a hold of the single flower at the dinner table the whole time. There was more to the night, but that is for my memory. Too bad she had to move away. Dang it. I want a gf!

Damn Black Thursday!

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

SO.....is that guy eating the cheeseburger in a can single?

I've never had a bf on Valentines Day. I have no plans for this year. Except maybe going to a "why the occupation is bad" exhibit at the JCC. Which, while important, isn't terribly romantic.

o_a, you and I see eye to eye on this. The only year I was with a gf on v-day was back in college and she felt it to be the day to break things off. In theory it's a great holiday. But the end result often times doesn't live up to the hype (from most people I've talked to.)

On the other hand it would be nice to get laid on Thursday.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

It was ice-storming here. There were 5 accidents on my way home.

DH was at the rink in Rockville (approximately 25-30 miles from the house, all highway). He left at 9:15, after waiting for the traffic to die down and allowing SHA to treat the roads. He got home at 11 and said he passed at least 10 cars on the side of the road. Right now, there's at least a quarter-inch of ice covering everything.

But I successfully voted, no wait.

Me too. I was surprised, considering I got there around 6:30.

(And by the time I got home, I was no longer tempted, and all was well!)

You are a better woman than me. Oh, and FTR, you are not a bitch cow from hell, nor the Bride of Mr. Staypuft. You're Fay and you're gorgeous as you are.

Hi. This is my paper. It is bullshit.

Unpossible.

I can haz passing grade now?

Yes. Oh, snap. You meant one that counts from the prof, didn't you?

Aimee, dear sister L will in MI this weekend visiting her friends. I'ma give her your cell number, just in case any one of them flakes and she needs help.

I have eaten at school and GF did not eat. Unbeknownst to her, I'm in the drive through at In and Out for her right now. I win at marriage!

Now I want In and Out. You totally win at marriage!

Hating hating hating WA State unemployment.

I'm sorry this is so stressful. Come back to DC, we miss you and we'll make it better.

ION, it's taken me almost four years to figure out that using notepad to compose larger posts is so much easier than trying to remember everything. Yes, that is my picture next to the word stubborn in the dictionary.

Thanks for the additional birthday happies! I love the fact that they trickle in throughout the day; it extends the celebration.

Hi Maria!

I'm very awake. This is not good. I'm also spending way too much time worrying about health stuff, which is also not good.

Hi Hil! We can be very awake together! My excuse is I ended up napping for two hours tonight, and now I'm awake.

Stop worrying about the health stuff. It will drive you crazy. You're doing what you can to manage it, and until you see if it works, worrying is counter-productive. I know, I know, easier said than done.

I also slept for a while tonight, then woke up. Now I'm watching Alton Brown telling us how to pick out good fruit.

Most of the worrying is just because I don't know what's going on. I've got a few tests that I'm still waiting on, and I'm waiting for a call from my doctor.

Our wings are not tired

I couldn't get to sleep so I'm using the fact that the network is nice and fast in the middle of the night to download video files from the California server so that I can install the first batch when I get on board the ship on Thursday.

My life. So exciting.
