Xander, don't speak Latin in front of the books!

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I was amazed to discover the number of Russian ex-pats who lived in my neighborhood when I had a t-shirt with the KGB logo on it, surrounded with lots of Cyrillic. They were Not Amused.

Oh, yes. My Russian Army coat brought ex-pats out of the woodwork, but they were damned steely in response to the patches.

All is well that ends in pizza.

move out and draw fire

I almost got slammed up against the wall by the Marines for wearing a hammer-and-sickle t-shirt at the embassy. A year ago.

Of course, there is an active communist party in Greece, but dudes? Irony? And, you know, freedom of speech.

I also had an "it's Greek to me" shirt, but it's long gone.

How often do you get invited to see the inside of that type of fetish!

Spend more time in Second Life.

OK, this is one of those things I'm afraid to ask, but what does "into body inflation" mean? I assume it's not something easy like "eating lots of doughnuts and not exercising."

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Were they hot Marines?

No... no... wrong response. Sorry. Reflex.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think it's where one wears a rubber suit that is then inflated with air.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

The girl in the chinese outfit with the snake and the apple.

Oh yes! Of course! Count D! I do heart Count D. The outfits in Pet Shop of Horrors are just delicious.

(Theoretically, he's a boy. Kind of. But, you know - manga. He's not entirely human, and he's prettier than most girls. And pretty much constantly wearing dresses.)

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

That one! I go up there to try to give the artist an idea of what I want based on minimal materials and my power of description, such as it is.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Fay, glad to hear the king's much loved - not knowing much about the internal politics of Thailand (and, sadly, too many other countries) I wasn't sure. It's a good thing to know, though. May he reign happily!

On a related note, has anyone else noted how often in books the words rain, rein, and reign are used interchangeably? bah!

Yeah, Rayne mentioned that....

(sorry)

Maybe it's about whateverthefuck is happening to me right now, with the swollen feet and hands. A great deal of not my beautiful cake, in that case.
