'War Stories'

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Toddson, is it this one ? I've been looking for something to keep my red from fading.

Now tagless for your comfort.

That's it, sj. That's what I used when I was a redhead.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I think I might try for a honey blonde this summer.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I'm sure Joe won't mind as long as you share.

Thanks, Cashmere. I bought a redken shampoo last time I was at the hairdressers, but when that runs out, I'll get the other one.

I had a bizarre dream last night that elves (big kind, not tiny kind) were somehow forcing me to marry this girl I vaguely know here. We were not especially enthused, but they insisted. We were going to have to wear weird ugly brown dresses, too. Glad I woke up before the ceremony!

Well, but was she hot?

Well, she's pretty hot, for a 55(?) year old. If I were 20 years older, I'd consider it. But I'm NOT 20 years older...(Which is to say, no, I really don't want to date her. She's very nice and a good dancer, but NO)

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I think Freud would... take a pass on that one.

runs screaming from flickr

The convention Joe and I go to every year is called ConFusion and there's a title - MoonBase ConFusion, High Voltage ConFusion, etc. I have been searching flickr for pictures of me in my costume and of other costumes and so I did a flickr search for "confusion 2008". It brought up lots of pictures.

OF THE FURRY CONVENTION CALLED FURTHER CONFUSION!!!

HA! I think I need that.

What do we think of this dress: [link]

Gorgeous!

What about this one: [link]

Oooo! Even better!

LOVE this one, too: [link]

Oh! That one’s even better! I think that’s my favorite, though, it’s also the most expensive.

sumi, I’m going to take a look at that knitting and see if I can figure it out. If not, I’ll ping Anne W.
