The money was too good. I got stupid.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ok. The fever is back. This is ridiculous.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Alpha-bits.

But if you are giving up sweets and find them somewhat addictive, it may be better to just stay the heck away from them, and find some other treat to have on Sunday - perhaps a special fruit dish made with little or no sugar. I find that giving up sweets means "allowable" cheats makes the rest of the avoidance more difficult. Not everyone has that issue, though.

Ack! Get better, vw.

(at least once you've had the eucharist).
Hmm, that might be a problem.

Well, if you aren't planning on partaking, then you don't have to worry about mucking up your ability to receive the Host, n'est-ce pas?

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

{{{vw}}} Feel better. You've been sick way too long.

I have a sore throat today, but I'm hoping it's just because it's been raining so hard lately.

You've been sick way too long.

It's been a freaking week of fever up then down then back up. I actually thought I was doing better yesterday. Maybe I overdid it. Grrrr...

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

I am going dark for a bit. The reason is best explained in this post to Apocalypse

-------------

I'd best return any residual 'ma back to the pool.

Last week I told people in the Firefly discussion I am writing an adventure for the Serenity RPG.

Today I sign a contract for pilot online comic for TokyoPop.

They both want everything done within three weeks.

So I am going dark for a bit. And I thought before I do, I'd best get rid of any remaining 'ma before someone else drops an opportunity of a lifetime on my lap with a crazy deadline.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Teppy, how does The Boy like the new look? DH is always No No Change Bad before and then likes it after.

He's....surprised at how dramatic of a difference it is. But, being diplomatic and sweet, he says he likes it.

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Good luck, Cabil

(Eagerly snatches any residual bit of CaBil's recent ~ma)

DIBS!!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

W00t, CaBil!!
