I finally got a new cell phone. After calling Sprint every other day for 6 weeks (literally) and asking when my contract expired (March), someone finally clued in and said "Um, what can I do to make you stay?"
"X, Y, and free, new effing phones."
So, she made it so.

the Indiana pi bill
Still not as dumb as the proposed bill in Mississippi to ban fat people from going to restaurants.

And now I look silly for quoting something that tommyrot moved.
Those are very cute, vw, but perhaps not something you want to make 30 of...esp when you've got work and school and other projects, and when you consider that though their Moms will probably think they're awesome, little kids probably appreciate characters they recognize more than beautiful handcrafted goods. Maybe do a couple for close friends or your folks rather than 30?
But! But! But! I wouldn't need to make 30. More like 15.
Ok. I see your points. But, they're so beautiful! Which probably means mine would be disastrous, but still.
I had this brilliant idea as I walked through Target looking at kids Valentines, and I just wasn't inspired by any of them. Hell, I don't know who half of those characters are! (which I'm sure is going to change very quickly.) That's when I remembered I had all of this heart fabric for a project that, well, I'm just never going to do.
Ooh! Go take a picture of Tep's hair!
I keep stalking my co-worker who I know has a camera phone, to get her to take a picture of my hair. But she's not at her desk.
Even 15 looks like a lot of work, bug, although I'm sure yours would be gorgeous.
Shit. Toto just ate one of the drying puppets.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha.
So, um, I need someone to talk me out of making fabric postcard Valentines for the kids.
Can you spell "overextended?"
a friend just sent me some Dr. Phil 'personality test' with "You often dream that you are... " as the last question. Last night I dreamed that I was correcting someone's grammar (with the same resultant feeling as slept-through-the-test, forgot-to-wear-clothes, etc.).
not. one. of. the. options.
