That and the crazy.
I have my suspicions.
Anyway, I'm off home. Sharing space with my father for a week after three months without may be... interesting. Bye!
Oz ,'Beneath You'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

There is a story in fandom about a number of veteran writers sitting around a bar at a con, including, in the story I heard, Robert Silverberg and Dick Lupoff. One of the writers was talking about a young writer who was pretty full of himself. To describe the young writer, he said, "He's sort of like a young Harlan Ellison."
Another writer (perhaps Silverberg) looks up from his drink as says, "Let's kill him now."
I went to see Harlan Ellison, Neil Gaiman, and... somebody else in Cambridge. Boy, I really enjoyed two thirds of that night. Oh wait, I'm sorry, there's no way Ellison stuck to his allotted time. Maybe I enjoyed one third of it.
I love the stories about Darwyn Cooke. He has always been gracious and funny and kind when I've encountered him, but you hear these stories about him getting his drink on and punching somebody.
At least she looks happy about it. Still cuties, both of them.
YAY Bangs!!
I can't believe that was a YEAR ago!!!

1. Don't get me sued
2. Don't get me fired
This sounds similar to the Diablo Sound hiring guidelines.

Which is why I never filled out an app for permanent employment.
