yeah it shouldn't be hard to find his replacement. Rent here is really cheap (I mean it sucks but it's great compared to the surrounding area)

Make him watch that Pippi Longstocking movie where she learns about school vacations, and decides to start going to school the day before the vacation starts so she can have a vacation from school, too. Maybe he will decide to pay on time for once before taking his vacation from it, just before leaving.
