I hope you can get that fixed with minimal pain. Is the manufacturer going to replace them, or can the contractor fix it?
The contractor was going to jury rig some shit, but I refused. I've waited this long, it needs to be done right.
I also had them look at the towel bar in the bathroom, which keeps falling down. Turns out that they used the wrong kind of screws and also put great honking holes in the drywall. That's gotta be fixed. Also, at 1AM last night, my closet rod threatened to fall down. Because it's too long for the amount of support it has. And every closet has them, so it will eventually happen to everyone. At least, everyone with clothes. Angry letter in the midst of being written right now.

When I lived just south of Denver, we had *awesome* thunderstorms (and almost never had tornadoes). I think the most impressive storms I've ever experienced were in Colorado.
