Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
and almost never had tornadoes.
Wait - what? Tornadoes? I thought Colorado didn't get those.

When did Hall & Oates become popular among tweens?
I think the more important question is why did they become popular.
t shame of this knowledge
Isn't that Michael Cembello (sp)? Flashdance?
She's right. Hall and Oates is "Man-Eater."
I have been contrasted and scanned! And now have several extra holes in me, WTF. First I had to have extra labwork, and then the guy couldn't get the dang IV in--he had to try four times! And while my veins are small, I really don't think that starting on the side of my wrist was the best plan. Hrumph.
Don't know when I'll find out if I have a brain inside...;)

No, the question is why is there not more Hall/Oates out there.
Is Kia doing that stupid Flashdance ripoff commercial outside of Chicago? It's got that annoying song with a male salesman doing all of the varied Flashdance moves around the showroom floor, starting with the running-in-place-while-rubbing-hands-all-over-hips-and-stomach, and progressing to the big finale, having the water splash on him from above. Really, really annoying.
