And I wonder, what possible catastrophe came crashing down from heaven and brought this dashing stranger to tears?

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Now that's a tire guy! Wow!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

And yes, we did go on Haunted Mansion many, many times. And we think Clovis probably found many more minions.

And yes, there will be pictures?

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

That tire guy is a little on the "ew" side for me.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

my last tires came from america tires. waiting room was fairly comfortable. and lots of different kinds of magazines. but then again this is the place that has fixed flats for free for noncustomers - which is why I went there to buy tires

Glad for the money , Connie , but sorry it is what is making the DH face things.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Timelies!

I am sitting in Panera (where I discover the wireless connection keeps dropping here as well as at home so it must me my computer drat it) eating recovery food post my first brick workout. Boy is that hard to do! I did 10 miles on the bike, followed by 3 mile run. That first mile was so not fun. I'm still slow as molasses, but will hopefully have a different bike for my tris as I only have a clunky hybrid at the moment.

I'm having salmon salad and chicken & wild rice soup. Mmmmm.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

For anyone who has visited my house and admired the invisible fish in our tank - the tank has been dismantled and listed on freecycle. That was a much bigger job than I expected. I'm ready for a nap.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I just put a beef carbonnade stew in the oven- beef, onions, beer. Yum! Hope it turns out OK, it's the first time I've made it.

Aw, Sundays. Love 'em.

This week is all about getting back into routine. Healthy meals planned, yoga, belly dancing, gym, sleeping. Beer only on the weekends. Bring lunch to work. Everything will go back to normal.
