Timelies all!
Happy Birthday to Jesse and to Theo!
Got back from Florida last night. The weather was great(even got to go swimming) and there was lots of food. I am glad to be home and not with relatives.(Between my folks and the relatives on both sides of G's family we visited I've had enough of family, thankyouverymuch)
Happy Birthday to Jesse!
Happy Birthday to Theodosia!
Hope you both are staying warm and having a lovely birthday.
Many happy returns Jesse and Theodosia!
Thanks, y'all!! Happy birthday, Theo! I always think of you on my birthday.
Boo for sickos. Yay for little (and not so little) cuties!!
I got an iPod! Also approx. 50 pounds of jam. OK, it wasn't all jam, but the two bags I checked coming back were 50+ lbs, and seriously most of that was jam. And pickles. And whatnot.
Well crap, I am supposed to fly home tomorrow, and there's a Nor'easter headed our way. I've thought of trying to catch an earlier flight, but the storm is hitting Halifax earlier in the day, so that might be pointless anyway.
Have repaired my Mac, which is great. They did something for free at the Apple store and I've reinstalled the OS since, and most of my stuff is fine.
Watching
Insomnia
with Pacio and Robin Williams. Watched the original (I think) a couple days ago. I did all this because of Christopher Nolan? That's the only possible reason I can think of for having Netflixed them both.
Robin Williams.
Ugh.
I wish I were ever slightly sleepy.
Sue, I wish you good travel. Is St. Christopher the saint of that?
Sue, I wish you good travel.
thanks. The worse that will happen is that I won't get back until Friday, and I'll have to use an extra vacation day.
Is St. Christopher the saint of that?
I could ask my mother, but she just went to bed. Both my parents are sick, and this house is hot enough to be germ heaven. I swear I am not going to make it out of here tomorrow and I'll get sick to boot.
Is St. Christopher the saint of that?
I think he's the saint of
safe
travel. Anyway, that's why people have St. Christopher medallions on their car dashes.
I swear I am not going to make it out of here tomorrow and I'll get sick to boot.
Okay, whole new patron saint invocation!
Catholicism is hard.
Good luck, Sue.
Who's the saint of lost things? My mother and grandmother just did a little invocation to him this morning, and I already forget.
