If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Now tagless for your comfort.

Allyson, I hope you're ok. Call in. Go to ER.

Poor Allyson!

oh, Allyson, that sucks. Hope they give you magic feel better meds at the ER. Or at least gingerale. Or maybe you'll run into ita there!

I am mostly recovered from last night's migraine, and my sister, BIL, and I are all ensconced on the couch, each with a laptop and wifi. Wheee! Family togetherness at its best. Later we will go to my parents', and experience family togetherness at its worst.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Allyson--my mom and several folks I know have had this and it may not be food poisioning, it may be a particualrly nasty virus that's going around. It's easily treatable, but the sooner the better. Go to the ER!

Another hour before I can leave work, and all the Internets have dried up.

meara - Dec 24, 2007 7:45:46 am PST #9029 of 10001

I'm sorry, Tom. (Both that the internets are done, and that you're at work. Both kinda suck)

I made a delicious breakfasty meal, but my brother in law distrusted me in the kitchen the whole time. I know I look and sound much like my sister, but dude, I do manage to feed myself without chopping off fingers, usually. She, OTOH, has never lived on her own (went to college, then moved in with him).

It involved little chopped up fingerling potatoes, onions, red peppers, some random greens, cheese, and eggs. Mmmm.

Now he's making brownies. Mmmmmmmmm.

Later we have to go over to my parents' house. Boo. But there will be presents, yay!

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Allyson, please check in and let us know how you are when you're able. We worry.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Jackson Public, the creator of The Venture Brothers, has a contest. Here is artwork depicting many of the characters who will be appearing in the next season. (Mildly spoilery, as you can see how the characters will be attired.) The contest is this:

1. Which of these characters, if any, does this room actually belong to?

2. There are three famous, non-fictional people in the picture. Name all three.

So for part 2, anybody can play!

I'm guessing the guy in the suit way off to the left is Dick Cavett, but I'm not sure. That's all I got.
