I saw a guy in a top hat recently, and it confused me. He was waiting for a train. He was dressed completely normal except for the hat. (IIRC he was wearing slacks, maybe a sweater, under a light zip-up jacket.)

public libraries - we are closed christmas day and new year's day. close at 5 on the eves. However - with my part time schedule - the next day I work is the 27th. This is the best holiday schedule I have had since I started my working life.
