Timelies all!
Discovered I had a bill due the 15th. Oops. I hope I don't get too badly dinged for it.(it's going out in tomorrow's mail)

this is me, about 1/3 of the time.
Ugh, I hate that! Usually I can understand why I'm so tired. Today, NSM.
I kind of feel like that.
are you going in at all today? You poor woman. I think the two hours in thing instead of just work from home is bullshit.
I can't go in. I just can't. I have to be in and clear-headed early Wednesday morning, and it'd be best if I were in tomorrow so I'd be ready for Wednesday morning, so I'm not even killing myself to get in today. Even though I have no sick time or vacation time and just plain won't get paid for today, it's not like I can in good conscience actually not work.
I'm probably doing more work than most people, since it's the departmental holiday lunch. Which is different from the departmental holiday party which I also hope to avoid one way or another. Since I can't keep food down, why bother show up to work for it anyway?
That all just sounds miserable, ita.
Less miserable, my poor minion got the one super crappy gag gift at the work gift exchange. Luckily, she's a pretty pessimistic person, so wasn't altogether surprised to get screwed out of a gift, AND I had left an actual present on her desk for her to get after the lunch. So she felt OK, but I still felt bad for her!
Oh my doG I am so tired.
Jesus. I just had someone ask me if I'll make a previously given deadline despite her slipping with the pre-requisite by two weeks. But I guess if you're a project manager who has no issue with admitting you have neither a project plan nor a list of milestones with approximate dates, why would you get the idea of a critical path?
I'm too young, old, and underpaid for this. This is not the week.

Hee! Love the reindeer with the sleigh.
Oh man. ita, that totally sucks. I admire your work ethic, but I still think it's totally unfair.
Noah's arching "I'm very angry" thing is an irritation. It's a super bad habit that the OT is hoping we'll get him to break. One of things that's interesting after yesterday where he was overstimmed, today, he's doing a ton of arching. Which means that I spend time telling him, "No arching" and getting him back drawn in.
Jesse, what was the gag gift?
A light switch. Her initials are LS, which was the shtick for the gifts. I totally lucked out, and got jewelled (candle) holders, along with incredible wrapping paper of other JH things -- a jumbo ham, J. Edgar Hoover, Jerri Hall, a jewelled (sword) hilt, a jew's harp (mouth harp), and one thing I couldn't identify. Hilarious!
