I feel a little silly voting for mayor in a city I'm about to move away from, but I have a preference so I'm gonna.

And it has to be one that you killed yourself, otherwise you might be relying on immigrant labor.
No way. What's more American than magical-styrofoam-tray meat, totally divorced from any known animal origins.
Didn't The Daily Show establish the great American food item is the Jimmy Dean sausage on a stick wrapped with a chocolate chip pancake?

I'd love to know it. I was just reading my voting "pamphlet" (a strange designation given the fact that it's 150 pages) and I'm more confused than ever. Hopefully I can figure out all these propositions before heading to the polls on my way home.
I need to vote, too, and all I know is that I want to vote for the person I actually know who's running for city council. I need to look up all the other stuff.
Sigh. I want to be a good citizen, and I know this stuff matters, but local elections are so BORING, at least around here.
What state, megan? For my job, I have to track all the ballot issues across the country (there are eight states with questions on the ballot today), so I've got them all listed on my database.
I don't think I'm voting on any of the same stuff you are, megan. It's all local and county stuff, afaict. I should check that, though.

My doctor just asked me what I want to do about my migraines.
Uh, stop having them. Ball's in your court, MD.
I don't have anything really to vote for, so I may skip it. Crazy!
