Whoa! I... I think I'm having a thought. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's a thought. Now I'm having a plan. Now I'm having a wiggins.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Here's my uni's fugly library.

My uni's is fuglier.

Fortunately, we have some gorgeous buildings to make up for it:

And while this isn't the prettiest building on campus, it's by far the prettiest building I've ever worked in: [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had Greek chicken.

I am very cold.

When they charge you more for white meat is it increased volume? Perceived quality?

So cold. Please send me a space heater. And make me stop eating this Nestle Crunch. It's nasty.

Actually, that's the easy bit. I'll stop eating the bad chocolate bar, you guys just send me heat.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I always thought it's just plain old supply and demand....

Unless my count is off, there are as many pieces of white as dark. I can't work out if a piece of white has more volume of meat, though. I can't imagine it's considerable, but I always order dark given a choice because that's where the flavour lives.

My impression is that overall, more people prefer white meat.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

dark meat has more flavor people!

WORD! It's all the extra bloody parts.

Actually, is that what makes dark meat dark? I have no idea.

Most definitely. I will be doing some shopping this weekend.

I'm generally not a fan of "It's better to ask forgiveness than permission" (so much so that I kept typing it the wrong way round) but when it comes to warmth I feel tempted to risk immolation as a first round tactic.

See, if I'm warm in it walking outside, I should be warm in it sitting at my desk. It's only fair.

Dark meat has more blood vessels. Birds that fly have all dark meat. Non-flying birds have white meat - some of them can fly, but only a short distance, as not enough blood makes it to the muscles for continuous flight.
