Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

including a yummy yummy slice of walnut, pear, and gorgonzola pizza.

If that's from the pizzeria I'm thinking it is, I've been flirting with trying it every time I've ordered pizza for the past couple of weeks (which has happened, um, way too often), but I haven't quite taken the plunge. Maybe next time I'll actually try it.

Party went well, though I didn't actually get a picture of my collage package due to my commute home being so hectic I didn't have time. But the person who ended up with the gift folded the paper carefully to save it because she liked the images, and I heard her and her neighbor in the circle musing over the mix of images (and between the actual historical images and the assorted actors, it was a mix) and deciding that the theme was "warriors." I hadn't thought of it in exactly those terms, but that's pretty much right.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

So I sent mac to school today with typed letters for the asst. principal and the principal saying nicely "WTF, why no note home. what happened? what are you doing about it? what can be done to prevent it happening again?" It will be bcc'd to some folk at the Dept. of Ed. stoopids.

ION, I am tired and over it. I am getting to bed at an ok time and I should not be this tired.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wow. I really cannot get going this morning. I was on time for work, but what's the point of that when I can't bring myself to actually do any work?? Gronk.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Dude. I'm glad you guys are checking in. For once I have to be up early to work, and it was all quiet and I was all, hey man.

Good for you, msbelle. And you have every right to be tired. Can you sneak in a nap today?

Now I have to go teach the SO's two guitar lessons this morning. Ulp.

Delicious and broccoli have no business being in the same sentence.

Wrod. It's the devil's vegatable. And not the devil from the special hell.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

We failed to have a snowpocalypse last night. Instead, Chicago's blanketed with the kind of dense, gray fog that almost makes you believe the universe ends 100 feet from the lake shore.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sorry, I've been busy in class putting chrome on a chicken beak.

Well... virtually.
