I was just at the Kappy's and I don't think I saw it. I wasn't looking for it specifically, but I was examining all the winter type beers they had, and we bought 2 others.

Oh, jeez--they just announced that they're moving 42 editorial production jobs from here to Malaysia. It doesn't impact my department as such, but this is not a good thing.

I'll talk to my friend and see if he can get some more. I may have him get a case for me. It ain't cheap, though. Something like $10+ a six. It is that good, though, and it will keep over time (I might try putting six down for next winter - if I can hold out that long on drinking it).
And with that, off for BEER!
I feel a sudden need to buy some dark chocolate to go with my Guinness.
Outsourcing is scary.

Er. Yeah, we spend a lot of money for beer, that's not out of line. I'd be happy to split a case with you if you like, or just buy a six pack off your hands. If it comes about.
Microbrew prices are about to go up like WHOA due to the hop shortage and malt/grain price increases- I fear that spending $10+ for a sixpack will soon be the norm. More than that, I fear that the insane ingredient price increases will put a lot of small breweries out of business.

I'm going to head over to Binny's on Friday night to see if they have any Smithwick's in stock that I can take over to a party I'm going to on Saturday. I loves me some Smithwicks, so smooth and tasty.
Those sound like the best safety training slides ever.
