Uhg. I wore my heavy winter coat out today and now my shoulder/neck muscles are killing me from the weight. Stupid heavy-coat weather.

My mom was on a committee to hand out some grants in her district this week. She found it fun, and hard. So I had to tell her about donorchoose. I don't know if she's internet adept enough to manage it herself, but I told her to tell the other teachers about it anyway. Man, it would be cool if she hooks some of them up!

Since mac was on adventure with his uncle I took advantage and grocery shopped and then cooked. Cranberry muffins for the next 2 days breakfast (to accompany omlettes for me and bacon for mac), salads with grilled chicken to take to work for the next 2 days lunches (with sides of the mashed I made yesterday), more grilled chicken for mac's dinner tomorrow, and fish for my dinner the next two nights (both to accompany some creamy rice).
I even got mac's snack mostly packed.
What did I forget to do once he got home? His homework. ugh.

A question for foodistas: I have some thinly sliced sirloin steak and some blue cheese crumbles. I want to make a roulade but am not sure what else to add to the filling besides blue cheese.
We got our Christmas tree up today. The outside lights still need to be hung.
