shrift, that would totally give me a headache.

This woman sat next to me on the bus and my hand to god, my sinuses actually twitched. She moved after a moment, so at least I didn't have to make the sneezeface the entire ride downtown.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Ooh, I'm so angry right now! On Friday (? Thursday? whatever), I took a box to to the post office with some pants I wanted to return. I used the postage machine to buy the right amount of postage. I stuck the label on the box. I just got the box back with no label on it and an ote that it was "returned for postage." I bought postage! I can't believe I have to pay another six bucks to try to return these fucking pants. This is why I don't like to buy clothes through the mail.

Okay. That's frustrating. I don't mind so much buying clothes online from places that have a brick-and-mortar store where things are much easier to return.

Which is what happened this week. I bought a pair of Gap Classic jeans that came with the world's longest 28 inch rise or something ridiculous like that. I swear, the waistband could touch the underwire from my bra. So I took them back to the Gap store and returned them yesterday morning. It was all good.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My coworker reminded me that I have a receipt from the PO, so we'll see. The last time I returned something at the store that I had bought online (Banana Republic), it was a whole song and dance and took forever, so I figured I wouldn't bother this time.

Well, yeah. It is a song and dance at Gap and Gap-affliated stores. But I figure, whatever. it's easier than getting to the PO. But I am lazy.
