Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, Numb3rs watchers--what's up with the guy who was a spy last season being back with the team? Double undercover or a frame job or something?

He was double under cover .

WHEE! I just listed like 10 more books on amazon and a rocking chair on craigslist. Yay productivity from the couch.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

What kind of books? I was just thinking this morning that I can't believe there's nowhere in NYC I can really sell my junk paperbacks, but would it be worth it to sell them on Amazon?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Jesse, I've found it works best for genre books - romance, mystery, sf/fantasy. Recent bestsellers too. Otherwise you don't generally get a lot of action. It's rare to get more than a couple of bucks apiece, but hey, that's better than nothing.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm singing the praises of BookMooch, which I just joined this week.

I have those! So I could get a couple of bucks plus shipping? Maybe I'll do it. What if they're just in OK shape?

I am about to go to this wedding with no bra on. This is not a good week to test me.

I list things as low as 25 cents, but that is just because getting to a PO is easy for me and they all have the Auto-machines. Anything that does not sell in this batch is getting donated to my library.

Huh. Maybe I'll try it!
