I've really got to learn to just do the damage and get out of town. It's the 'stay and gloat' that gets me every time.

So if shrift does a pseudicide, maybe she can get two iPods?

Maybe if it's a psuedicide pact?

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Yesterday was an interesting day at work - turns out one of my co-workers is a paid blogger for DR. Who. We talked fandom. She hasn't read Allyson's book yet, but she did know if it.

Maybe I'll become like, a cult phenomenon.

Probably not, though.

I got a condescending email from a WGA writer person spanking me for some perceived indiscretion, and in it she explained to me the importance of fan campaigns...

I sent her a link to the book.

Our wings are not tired.

snerk That is pretty funny. Yes dear, I did write the book.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

My sister and I are emailing back and forth about the progress of Tday food - She is talking about the cheescake and I am talking about the mushroom pate

Tim Cox - Buffy: Anya, that thing you created burst through solid pavement and ate her dog. Anya (anguished): Oooh, puppy!

Did Joss ever say anything about your Double Dollar plan, Allyson?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Happy Turkey Day, Buffistas (possibly just a touch early, but I need to be on the road early tomorrow).

Also, I'd ALWAYS be psyched for the BBC to do Shakespeare's plays completely with new actors on a regular basis. If it's a strike-break thing, that sucks; but if it's just another go at the bard, I say have at it.

I laugh and laugh, Allyson.

I made two pies, started the turkey brining, did laundry, and watched FOTR today. Now I'm indulging in a neat new scotch I've found.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

What is the scotch, Consuela?

Oh, you make me go into the kitchen & look for it! ::grumps::

It is Jon, Mark, and Robbo's New Malt Scotch: the Rich Spicy One. They have three types: a spicy one, a peaty one, and a smooth one. Even the spicy one is a bit sweet, but I like it.

$31.99 at BevMo. I caved, cause the Dalwhinnie (my go-to for good scotch) was $55. Ouch. I also got 3 bottles of Menage A Trois, and two bottles of Pinot Noir for tomorrow (we're gonna drink well tomorrow).

I shall have to try that. My dawhinnie is getting sadly depleted.

I've been on a Knob Creek kick lately, but the scotch still calls me from time to time.
