Willow: Something evil-crashed to earth in this. Then it broke out and slithered away to do badness. Giles: Well, in all fairness, we don't really know about the "slithered" part. Anya: No, no, I'm sure it frisked about like a fluffy lamb.

Other fun stuff: The Festival of Lights is doing walkers-only nights for 5 nights.

FUN!

Allyson did you get place settings? Because I also bought these.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I was in art school when The Crying Game was released. The reaction was similar.

Seriously. I seem to recall taking one unpsoiled look at Jaye Davidson singing and thinking "Adam's Apple. That's gonna go over like the Hindenurg with IRA Dude."

I suppose I should be grateful that I'm getting my Aleve-ignoring migraine out of the way today instead of tomorrow when I'll be driving the folks to Branson for 5 hours. It's bad enough to give me nausea, which is unusual—but at least an excuse to end the diet a day early and eat tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

So. My sister is on the highway. My brother is also on the (different) highway. He wants traffic information. So he's calling her, she's calling my dad for route information and then calling me to look things up online and calling back and forth to my brother. It'll be a miracle if they all make it here alive.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Well, I got little takeout boxes with happy turkeys printed on them, and stuffed them with goodies. They're not so much placesettings as goodie bags, I think.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Allyson, that would be very sweet--but don't go to any trouble.

B pointed out that T-Day with y'all would have Noah snuggles, which is a good point, but the little man has enough worshippers to get him by.

But there's also the therapeutic benefit of baby snuggles. Though, of course, we can come by later and bring food and you can have one on one time with Noah without having to wait your turn.

I dropped my iPod, and now it is broken and is stuck on playing on 90s music.

So if shrift does a pseudicide, maybe she can get two iPods?

Also, it is my pink iPod. I dont think they even make them in pink anymore.

SAD. VERY SAD.

Now my sister needs traffic info for herself. But she had to hang up because she doesn't have enough hands to juggle steering, holding the phone, and flipping jackasses the bird all at once. Something had to give.

Wait, wait...I think I fixed it.
