Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Aren't Sarameg and Noah on different coasts, or is my Buffista geography totally off?

I think Sara is visiting.

Also, I think I was accused of being outgoing, or at least socially well adjusted, by one of my colleagues last week. I'll show them socially well adjusted!

Ann, that's a ferret.

The principle has set up a deal with the school librarian where Emaryn can go off to the library to work on a project if she finishes her work in class early.

Hooray for teachers that can work with students who are outside the norm!

In spite of the lame-ass review of Assassin's Creed, I want to buy the game

Is that the one that seems to be set during the crusades? I was watching Trinity Blood and fast forwarding through the commercials and stopped because I thought the show was back on, but it turned out to be a commercial for this game. Also, is it my imagination, or have they made a movie out of the game Hitman?

That's it. It looks very pretty, but I have absolutely no idea was the game is about.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, I think I was accused of being outgoing, or at least socially well adjusted, by one of my colleagues last week. I'll show them socially well adjusted!

These are the new colleagues? That sounds promising!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Also, is it my imagination, or have they made a movie out of the game Hitman?

Yes. With Timothy Olyphant from Deadwood.

Also, is it my imagination, or have they made a movie out of the game Hitman?

Yup. I saw a trailer for it a few weeks ago and it looks cool. I think the guy from Deadwood is in it. Yer man... Thingummy.

And I am the X-post loser.

Some are new colleagues, but I actually worked in this building 10 years ago, so I know 85% of the staff already.

I think me being called outgoing is a sad marker of how freaking introverted everyone who works here is. Archivists and Records Managers are not exactly the life of the party.

Oh, but my friend Christine, who you would have met in NY, is coming to work here in Jan. and that will be fun.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Archivists and Records Managers are not exactly the life of the party.

Yeah, but they probably know a lot of Brazil jokes....
