Coding and Sleeping

Is that the one that seems to be set during the crusades?

That's it. It looks very pretty, but I have absolutely no idea was the game is about.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, I think I was accused of being outgoing, or at least socially well adjusted, by one of my colleagues last week. I'll show them socially well adjusted!

These are the new colleagues? That sounds promising!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Also, is it my imagination, or have they made a movie out of the game Hitman?

Yes. With Timothy Olyphant from Deadwood.

Yup. I saw a trailer for it a few weeks ago and it looks cool. I think the guy from Deadwood is in it. Yer man... Thingummy.

And I am the X-post loser.

Some are new colleagues, but I actually worked in this building 10 years ago, so I know 85% of the staff already.

I think me being called outgoing is a sad marker of how freaking introverted everyone who works here is. Archivists and Records Managers are not exactly the life of the party.

Oh, but my friend Christine, who you would have met in NY, is coming to work here in Jan. and that will be fun.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

well, it worked for Tomb Raider, I suppose.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Archivists and Records Managers are not exactly the life of the party.

Yeah, but they probably know a lot of Brazil jokes....

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I can order online from Lane Bryant, but I wish there was a store around so I could try things on, because the fear of having to return (and eat the already exorbitant shipping costs) keeps me from ordering from there.

Speaking of which, Sue, did you see my post last week about the coat? Definitely not winter weight.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

The first season of DS9 isn't the best, they were kind of finding their feet and it was mostly stand alone episodes, as the series goes on it gets better.

Agreed. There were a few good ones first season, but some REALLY awful ones as well.

I didn't. But I ended up being able to order for cheap (Plus $40 in taxes, duties and shipping!!) so I decided that I didn't care if it was a spring/fall coat. I just wish it would get here while we're still in fall. Right now I am walking around with a unlined suede jacket over a fleece, (eta) since I refuse to wear my winter coat until I have to, so anything will be an improvement.
