Back when I did, I used to set sticks of butter on it to soften when I baked.
Yeah, I was in Target last week, and either they didn't have them or I was looking in the wrong section. Or both. I did get some cheap and cute ornaments, though!
I'm getting a bunch of Christmas decoration stuff to send my uncle and aunt who lost everything in the fire, so I need to get it relatively soon.
I was feeling like a wimp for being so cold - because when I was out this morning it felt rather warm, but I just checked the temperature in the living room and it's down in the lower 50s. So, I turned on a 4th heater.
I also made some hot tea.
Man, it's only mid-November.

I have old-fashioned radiators, but I don't drink tea or coffee, so not useful, especially as Chumley likes to use them for belly-warmers anyway.
We still don't have phone or TV service here, so I have introduced my visiting mom to QI on You Tube, and she loves it.
Do any Buffistas have old fashioned radiators? If so, one of you must get one of these.

I have accomplished not one-tenth of what I wanted to do, but a couple things I needed to do. Off to read some fic and go to bed. Tomorrow is another day. Though sometimes that old adage is not so much comforting as intimidating.
