Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Does the third world even have time for fetishes? I smell a project for my sister.

I sure hope so. But FTR I've always been much more interested the less sexualized understanding of the fetish as kind of a magical object.

This weekend? Franny's FIRST SLEEPOVER. Tonight in fact. In Bellflower. Wish her sweet dreams my friends, or I'll be driving down to Bellflower at 3 in the morning.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

So what are people doing this weekend?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Sleeping is a good and worthy weekend pursuit.

I will however be spending all day on Saturday (well, 8:30 to 4:30) programming and/or learning to program. And sometime on Saturday and Sunday will be taking more pictures for our Photography projects....

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Same here, but for you all!

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

My weekend consists of schoolwork (surprise surprise) and a get together of library students on Saturday night. Yippee. I'll be so glad when this quarter is over! I'm officially Over School. Unfortunately, I have about a year to go.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It may be the degree of devotion as well. If I were able to recite important statistics for every current NFL player (or every player who'd played for my favorite team during the past 50 years), most people would think I'd gone a bit overboard.

Where I come from my father would ask you to ask him for my hand in marriage.

what are people doing this weekend?

Happy Hour this evening. Packing, shopping and picking up stuff for...L's birthday party Saturday night. Leaving for Budapest Sunday.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Budapest! That's exciting! My aunt was there recently, actually.

Tomorrow I'm giving blood and babysitting, and that's about it for plans.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, and then brunch and sea shanties on Sunday. Otherwise, diddly and squat.
