That's beautiful. Or taken literally, incredibly gross.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

My weekend consists of schoolwork (surprise surprise) and a get together of library students on Saturday night. Yippee. I'll be so glad when this quarter is over! I'm officially Over School. Unfortunately, I have about a year to go.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

So what are people doing this weekend?

Yet more working on The Boy's house, in preparation for moving me in. (Moving date? TWO WEEKS from tomorrow. I should think about packing.)

But tomorrow, I get to see Liese and her DH, b/c they're in town!!!!

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It may be the degree of devotion as well. If I were able to recite important statistics for every current NFL player (or every player who'd played for my favorite team during the past 50 years), most people would think I'd gone a bit overboard.

Where I come from my father would ask you to ask him for my hand in marriage.

what are people doing this weekend?

Happy Hour this evening. Packing, shopping and picking up stuff for...L's birthday party Saturday night. Leaving for Budapest Sunday.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Budapest! That's exciting! My aunt was there recently, actually.

Tomorrow I'm giving blood and babysitting, and that's about it for plans.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I'm getting my hair cut tomorrow, and then brunch and sea shanties on Sunday. Otherwise, diddly and squat.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I asked in Bitches, but I'll ask here too. If anyone wants a postcard, send me an email with your address.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

So what are people doing this weekend?

Sister's shower and gaming tomorrow, lawn raking and church on Sunday.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

DJ! What an exciting Thanksgiving you have planned! (A couple of years ago I went to England over the long weekend, and had a blast. So nice to visit Somewhere where the day has no particular significance and all the museums are open....)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Whohoo!

This weekend I am standing in a room of thousands of people, some of whom want to talk to me and ask me personal questions about my life and possibly make me cry! And then maybe later, they'll give me money! It's like Introvert Nightmare. If only I had to cold call them afterwards, it would be custom made for me. Oh, and there's a bunch of escalators. Yeah, awesome.

But then I get to see Teppy and The Boy! Whoot!

(Just got your email btw, should be fine. The SO is crashed out, so I'll have to check the time with him, too. Might need to go a little bit later, but it might be fine, too. Talk to you tomorrow.)

A little bit later might work even better for us, too. We can coordinate tomorrow, though.
