THe only thing I'll ever be at an elite level at is laziness, and fortunately, you don't have to do anything to achieve that. In fact, the less you do the better.

I get the differnece between doing the hard thing because you want to and doing the hard thing because you have to. It's still doing the hard thing, either way.
Grace was all, "WTF? You want my LEGS to hold me? You CRAZY, lady."
What fantastic image!
I would also like to be as crazy as that lady. About something. I keep trying things hoping I will find the right trigger for such dedication. Maybe it will be painting my house, who knows?
I'm 100% fine with not being elite in anything. Much less anything athletic. I look at my CEO who is often in three different states over the course of a week, and I just know that I could never handle that kind of life, and I'm totally fine with that!

We are having lazy Saturday, but mac has hit the end of his tv shows and wants to be entertained. too bad for him.
I just told my boss "I am not ambitious about my professional life."
I almost told my boss I'm not ambitious about my current job just last week! Although I am slightly ambitious about my next job....
for me it clearly goes beyond one job to the next. I never want to be top dog with regard to responsibility and expectations.
That's fair. I mean, shit, there have to be a zillion people who aren't top dog, so why not you?
