Well, personally, I kind of want to slay the dragon.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Thanks guys!

I took Friday off to take care of Dylan (poor little asthmatic noodle) and came back to UTTER CHAOS. Somebody better be buying me cupcakes is all I'm saying.

Chaos seems to be a popular state here as well. Ahrg.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Don't you just love it when you make sartorial decisions in the early morning that turn out to be less-than-wise in the cold light of day?

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Happy Birthday Jess!!!

May the day (and, more specifically, your co-workers) bring you many, many, MANY cupcakes.

I find that the cold light of day shows up all the food stains I missed in the morning light. Missed, or didn't bother checking for when I picked the day's clothes off the floor.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Goddammit. Now I want cupcakes.

I have a dentist appointment at 11:00. I think I'll have to postpone cupcakeage until after then.

Random question: Do you pronounce the 't' in 'often'?

For a long time I didn't. Then I realized I wasn't pronouncing it. But to pronounce it felt like an affectation to me. But then not pronouncing it made me feel like a hick. It's a dilemma.

Now I think I pronounce it softly, most of the time.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Now I want cupcakes, too!

Or a nap. Either way would be OK.

I can't imagine not pronouncing it.
