On IMDB somebody is suggesting a hunger strike to get Firefly back.
You should tell them that's what the writers' strike is actually about.
'Beneath You'
Discussion of the Mutant Enemy series, Firefly, the ensuing movie Serenity, and other projects in that universe.

I was gonna tell/remind them only 14% of the world's population has a tap in their own home. But I like that idea better.
I don't go in NatterEh there's only so much you can read and catch up on. It's as simple as that really. Some people are just lucky enough to have access during the day for whatever reason and don't have to process all at once. I should probably read Minearverse...but with how much it's probably moving with a new Joss show coming up... and as much as I'd like to know, I can't keep up. Blah
Minearverse has been sidetracked by discussion of the writer's strike recently - just an FYI.

and soap operas.
I can't keep up with Natter either. I read it when I'm caught up with all the threads I subscribe to and then I feel bad that I can't contribute to conversations that happened in the past.

No agreed that is one thing that sucks about having usps.com and fedex.com being the extent of allowed web browsing at work. But I try to contribute what I can.
ye gads. Just tracking numbers? What do you do? I guess there is an advantage to working in theater. They tried to block stuff, and as soon as they do, a show requires research in that field. The best was when a show needed a prop of a 16" bronze phallus. And suddenly porn was unblocked from work! (not that I surf porn @ work, cuz. well)
And suddenly we are in Bitches.
OK, back to FF. Gotta love Adam in "Chuck". It's like he's playing Smart Jayne.

Lysistrata?
Diabetic supply sales (call center work). I could probably find a way around it but until a day arrives that I can find more gainful employment...
And keeping it on a FF note... The Watch'n'post kicks off this Wednesday at 7pm west coast, 10pm east coast. Even if you can't make it when it kicks off come and discuss anyway. The more people that support this and enjoy this the better.

no, the play was "What The Butler Saw", a British farce. The end of the play has a statue of Churchill blown up, and somehow his phallus ends up in the play (I forget how). Of course the wanky thing is, theyy don't caste the body parts UNDER the clothes. But ya, that's why it's a farce.
