Damn but this ep is so brilliant in so many ways. It hurts to watch, but is so wonderful at the same time.

What about Joss's hand?
When Mal is stumbling back to the deck, the bloody hand on the left side is actually Joss. He held the camera himself to do the reshoot and used his own hand. If you look close you can see it is way smaller and more...delicate...than Nathan's.
