Oh- and i had just enough time before the WNP to make your baked goat cheese dealy (but with just boring toasted bread, no time for sauteeing garlic). I didn't have any tomato sauce, just arabiata pasta sauce and diced tomatoes. I went with the diced tomatoes thinking the pasta sauce would overpower the goat cheese. I think seasoned tomato sauce would been better, but it was still delightful. Tho i had to stop eating on account of the episode being so full of reaver-leavings.
Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

I posted it in bitches a while back.
I put a little tomato sauce in the bottom of a small baking dish, dump a chevre goat cheese in the middle, spoon more sauce around & over, and bake it at 350 and serve with garlic bread.

I do it a little different every time, but my favorite so far was when I used a can of diced tomatoes with basil and oregano but I did have to chop the tomatoes a little finer.
