Dawn: I thought you were adequate. Giles: And the accolades keep pouring in. I'd best take my leave before my head swells any larger. Good night.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

About W&P of Firefly, I'd prefer not a marathon.

credits are done. Acoustic guitar bit played out without a burn into atmo.

Compassionately intolerant

I concur with not-a-marathon w&ping.

I really enjoyed this, but can't commit to a mondo block of time.

I kinda clicked on the deleted scenes.

The Kaylee/Jayne scene is so much better (where he is taking out the trash). Why'd they cut it down?? :: sigh ::

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Even what they left in, it's all just so rushed.

Huh, according to the linked site for translations from above, the safe word is "That's ridiculous!" in Russian.

Eto kuram na smekh!
eto: that, this [demonstrative pronoun]
kuram na smekh: [idiom] ridiculous, [literally] to make the hens laugh; kuram for hens [dative case plural of kuritsa: hen]; na intended for; smekh laughter

Am I crazy? Or just too lazy to get up from the chair? I just watched it again, with the Joss commentary track. Well, listened more than watched, but still! That man is a genius!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

When I saw it at the theater the first time, pretty much everyone there sang the theme song.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Sorry I missed the watch & post. My niece brought her daughter over and we had to have baby christmas which takes a long time if you insist on making the one year-old open all her own presents.

There were quite a few folks who stuck around to watch the credits when I saw Serenity but only a few of us sang along to the theme song.

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

I completely forgot yesterday. Sigh.

When I saw it the first time in the theater, I think about half sang the theme song. There were about 4-5 groups of us.
