Huh. I never heard 'scary monsters' as the end of the fruity oaty song...or did I just hear that in my own head?

You know that girl?

I really don't.

Start with the part where Jayne gets knocked out by a 90 lb girl.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Zoe's little smile when she says, "It only works on her, Jayne," is perfect.

So Mal immediately sees her as a threat possibly requiring deadly force to contain.... he went for his gun right away, didn't try to talk her down or anything. (Not that I think he should have, I'm just working through the possibilities.) So he recognized her as a danger.

Mal, if you knew all that, your huffing and puffing right now is kind of hypocritical. You knew she was dangerous and you chose to carry her back to the ship.

An intricate plan on how they would be NOT here.

I wish Mal had answered that question...why DID you take her back on?

Not that I mind, but with all his blustering, you'd think he'd have run from that bar at warp speed.
