Don't be jealous. Due to a number of people waffling about whether or not to go, I didn't buy tickets ahead of time. The line was long. The sun was hot. The event was pre-sold out, and over capacity. So I am home.

ION - just for the sake of argument, I asked a Chinese co-worker to verify the characters on a couple of items I bought at the So-Cal Browncoats Booth at ComicCon. I gave him zero hints about what I was expecting, so I was extra-jazzed to hear, "brown-colored jacket," and, "something that is sparkly, or shiny." So, in case anyone was wondering, apparently the Browncoats have a good authority for their Chinese designs.
