Uh-oh. I just saw last night's Colbert, and he told the "Colbert Nation" to start writing in "Colbert" as the name of Node 3.
I'd LOVE for Serenity to still win and have Colbert declare war on Joss, because that would be hilarious. But I fear Colbert Nation may have it's way like they did with the bridge.

I actually suspect NASA will go with Serenity anyway. The vote always said NASA has final say, and will chose the most fitting name. I mean, comeon, they already sent up Firefly and Serenity DVDs to the station!
