This interaction between Mal and Simon sets my teeth on edge every time. It's such a different relationship than what they had developed by the end of the series.I agree. Kinda confusing, except the end part where he explains him dodging the law is cutting into possible jobs and all. But still.

I've been watching a lot of Sarah Connor Chronicles the lately. I hadn't realized how much I think of her as Cameron now. It's kind of disconcerting to see her as River again.
