And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

I think the crux of the biscuit is that nothing you can say will ever convince her

This is so often the case.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

She also says in the comments she's never seen a positive relationship between any man and any woman.

Is this...that woman? I mean, there can't be two huge Firefly wanks going on right now, can there?

Captain Logic is not driving her tugboat. Captain Logic is standing on the shore, saying "God, that bitch is insane."

amen.

Bernard and Rose on Lost. Someone has probably made that point though. And the neighbors on The Jeffersons.

yeah, I pointed out the movie "Something New" and "Mr. And Mrs. Loving"

bonny, the original poster is not talking about TV. She's talking about LIFE.

I pointed out myself, and one of my best friends. Oh, and I just realized that I forgot my friend Janet as well.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

The final nail in the coffin was feeling pity for Joss' wife, since Joss is likely raping her on a regular basis.

I didn't think fandom could shock me anymore. But I was actually pretty shocked by the sheer evil of that, and she was so sincere about it. I mean, usually what I call batshit crazy is actually stupidity and poor analytical/social skills...but this person is actually completely batshit AND evil all at the same time. She's not really even a person, just a dried up husk of hate soaked in vinegar.

Whatever one thinks of the man's work, the man isn't violent, and is sincere in his beliefs regarding equality. And he married a woman who could kick his ass.

*BOGGLES*

That's beyond craxy. I'm glad I don't seek this stuff out.

And her deciding that all of these men (Wash, Joss) are beating and raping their wives is just horrible. One of the comments that I read basically said "you have some valid points, but accusing Joss Whedon of raping and beating his wife with no evidence will make people discout what you have to say"

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I haven't read the comments in question but from your descriptions it sounds like she is deliberately baiting people.

Oh god.

I think Allyson has a point. It sounds like pretty serious pathology there.

Technology has really changed how crazy gets communicated these days. I feel a dissertation coming on...in the sense of someone actually doing a PhD, not in the sense of a really long post.

Then again, I may have just proved my point!

I don't think so. I think she's crazy, and honestly believes what she says. The scarier thing is how many people agree with her, and I only looked at 10 or 15 comments.

I wouldn't have had to, as I got an anonymous spam comment on a completely unrelated post. Luckily, I'd already heard about it, so it wasn't as mind-bogglingly shocking.
