I do like River in that scene, because I think she genuinely is asking about the personality of the baby about to be born... "who do you think is in there?" She sounds so childlike, but she genuinely means it.

That "get on your knees" with all the gathered men yelling in approval turns my stomach every time, and ruins this episode for me.
