Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yes, yay for blackberry internet, limited and slow though it may be. The first-world woe that I have with that is just that I'm running out of things to watch on my inherited video iPod and can't download more. Ironically, the iPod had plenty of room for TV shows, movies, etc, but I can only download a few at a time because my laptop doesn't have enough room. Otherwise, I would have downloaded a lot more last night just in case.

My poor laptop is getting pwned by a year-old iPod.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Peaceable Pooch puts it right out there...no thought required. Making it easy is the key, I suppose.

I think this is the better choice, because I don't think you want to depend on a target audience of Americans savvy enough of that lingo to have "peace" be the first thing that comes to mind instead of being twelve and running first to the Kama Sutra. Which, I am sad to say, is me, at least. Unfortunately my store of Buddhist words and phrases is rather limited. So while it would not be hard to imagine that your prospect client base might be more educated than I, I'm not sure it would protect you from some weird inquiry calls.

Compassionately intolerant

running first to the Kama Sutra.

This is such a good point. It never even occurred to me.

The Doggy Lama would have worked, but my efforts to build on that cuteness just fell short. This was one of those cases where 'clever' is just plain a bad idea.

I'm liking Peaceable more as each moment passes. My clients really are 'able' to have a balanced, peaceful dog with a couple of simple shifts in perspective.

I tried a lot of variables to include all pets but I have to confess that I'm really only going to work with dogs. The cat angle will be covered by my podcast guests. My only contribution to the cat management world is 'every dog wants a job, every cat wants an employee.'

In theory I'm flying out at 11:30 now. This bitchy woman is yelling at the poor ticket guy. No idea if I'm actually getting out tonight.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

This bitchy woman is yelling at the poor ticket guy.

Oh how I hate those people. I want to tell them, "you're making it worse for all of us." Some day I probably will.
