I think I'm the only one who didn't love Smile Time, but I do find that it's growing on me each time I re-watch. And that is a good line!
'Underneath'
Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Angel: For a taciturn shadowy guy, I've got a big mouth.I absolutely can't place the context on this one, but I'm in love with it anyway.
If I didn't have to work I'd go see The Fenians (Though Huntington Beach is not exactly LA)
Laga, thanks for playing. Unfortunately, my current problem is all my local friends being out of town for the holidays, so no one to concert-go with. I actually wouldn't mind doing the quiet, hang around watching DVD's-style NYE, just don't feel like doing it in my own home this year.
MM, how's the transporter coming again?

I think he's awaiting shipment of his personal nuclear power plant for which the fundraising effort has not yet gotten off the ground. I blame the writers strike.

Damned studios. First no new Pushing Daisies, and now this?! Look for the Union label, people!
KC is NOT a carless-friendly town. And it's COLD.
Too true. I was lucky only be car-less in the summer while I was living there. Hurrah for being car-ed again!!
Coffee:
I'm sitting in a cafe in tha' O.C. after eating a tasty breakfast, and something just struck me: I'm wearing a t-shirt and the doors to the patio are open to the outside. And it's the end of December! Some days, I love the Southern California weather.
In other news, I shall soon return to the frozen North Lands of Michigan for Holiday fun with the family. And, I shall see The Empress, MM, and the adorable little Punk!!
(edited for punctuation.)
I miss the frozen north. This morning there was frost! actual frost on my car. I scraped it with my fingernail I was so skeptical but it was real. But oh I miss the big fluffy flakes.
See, if I'd seen what looked like frost on my car here, I'd assume it was some sort of wildfire ash or pollution residue. Sick as it sounds, I'm looking forward to scraping ice and snow off of a rental car during my week in MI.
The question remains: Has my blood thinned yet? It's been almost 2 years here in SoCal... The only way to test that is to walk out of the Detroit airport in only a T-Shirt and light jacket to brave the cold. :)
Trade ya, Laga. Last night, we had a storm of mixed rain and snow (mostly rain, on top of earlier mostly snow). Today, it's frozen crud. Oh, yes, I'm thrilled with global climate change.
It took less than two years for my blood to thin out. I'm quite shivery this morning and it's probably 65 degrees in this office. And I'm wearing a hat.
