Besides not wanting to leave my home, I'm very glad to have my office here and if I move, renting two spaces will be much, much more expensive...so the $1800 is seriously painful, but less than I imagine it would be elsewhere.
I DO know that, if I leave, he's got many thousands of dollars in repairs, renovations to do before he can rent to anyone else. Not the least of which is lead paint abatement.
