{{vw}} Try to be easy on yourself- everyone, EVERYONE loses it in an ungraceful and uncool manner every once in a while. This does not = psychological backslide, I pinky swear. It means that you responded to a really upsetting person and situation in a way you're not too proud of. And that's OK. I mean, as long as you know it's not something to repeat on a regular basis.
