Cordelia: I get it now. You're all spies. Probably all Russian. And you've brainwashed me, and want me to believe we're friends so I'll spill the beans about some nano-technology thingy that you want. Gunn: So I look Russian to you? Cordelia: Black Russian. Angel: That's a drink.

'Hell Bound'

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

It's Sunday, 5.30pm in Bangkok, so I'm definitely still up!

(Final performance of our show went well, incidentally. It's...very cheesy. Very very cheesy. But it was a pretty professional amateur show, and the thing is that for much of our audience this is their first encounter with the story. So that's nice.)

It's official now. I declare this Pukesgiving 2007.

Does anyone here watch How I Met Your Mother? This week’s episode was so much fun! Slapsgiving!

Yay, -t! I’m so excited for you!

Welcome home, Ginger!

Oh, shit Cass! Hugs to you and so much ~ma to Nephlet.

Yay, Fay! I'm glad it went well. Did you have So. Much. Fun.?

I woke up sick as a dog. Thank you sick people on the plane. Grrrr…

I really did! I mean, it would have been nice to have had a larger role, but since I had two different parts and a super speedy costume change, it kept me engaged. (I bloody LOVED the ghost outfit. And my makeup was sort of Evil Domme Geisha, which was great fun, and went well with the Deep Booming Voice Of Command and general air of Do Not Fuck With Me.)

Parents, I need your help. What are some great songs I should include on a "Parenting" mix for my brother and SIL?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Brain, from all scans, is uninjured.

This is where I could actually breathe while reading your post. Healing~ma to the nephlet, Cass.

Yay, Fay for successful show.

Yay meara, for being a hot, hot meara!

Boo, hiss sick people on vw's plane!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

VW, are you looking for songs for the parents or the kids? For the parents, "I Me Mine" (Beatles) and "Mother's Little Helper" (Stones). For the kids, there are good recs on fidsandkamily.com. (google "fids and kamily" if I have that URL wrong)

I'm looking more for parents. I've got a couple CDs I'm sending for Cooper.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

(((Cass))) Bone healing-ma to your nephew and calm-ma for you. I'm glad that his brain was protected by the helmet.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

I hab a code. Last night I'd hoped my sinuses were just messed up from the flight and the difference in weather where I started and ended the day, but no, this is definitely a cold. I also have a mile-long to-do list. I don't like this combination.
