Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

(((Robin))) Good luck with your neice. She's lucky to have you.

Still out shopping. We're on our second mall.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I had potato pancakes for breakfast (leftover mashed potatoes formed into patties, dusted with flour, fried in bacon grease)

That works very well with leftover oatmeal as well. Mmm. Haven't had that in years.

I'm getting the pig!

Breakfast - I had the little bit of leftover turkey and mashed potatoes that survived my eating binge late last night. I'm thinking I might need to stop by my Aunt's house for more leftovers today.

Some people have the Eyes Too Big For Their Stomach issue. I have the opposite problem.

sj, I hope you and your mom find all of the great deals that you were hoping to find!

Crying now

Aw. That's very sweet.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Robin, good luck with your niece. I hope she can continue recovery and can get some good out of her visit with you.

Poor Emmett all else who suffer from a surfeit of pie. Oof.

DH was bemoaning our lack of holiday leftovers--I just did a six lb prime rib and we made baked pototoes so there really wasn't an excessive amount of food.

Grandma June's funeral arrangements have been made and we're heading to Indiana for Monday and Tuesday. Thanks, everyone for the kind thoughts and condolences. I liked her very much and she was very good to me as a granddaughter in-law, especially since I had lost both my own grandmothers before Christopher and I got married.

(((Cashmere)))

Home from shopping. I finished nearly everything I wanted to get done today. The rest is mostly gift certificates. Now I'm going to try to sleep, since I slept less than two hours last night.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Annabel has her first tricycle as of this a.m., and she's already good at it. Her great-grandmother is trying to slow her down, not for safety, but to get "candid" photos of the action.
