I tell you I have this theory. It goes where, you're the one who's not my sister. Cuz mom adopted you from a shoe box full of baby howler monkeys, and never told you cuz it could hurt your delicate baby feelings.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Poor K-Bug. (Maybe you should remind her that if she picks a college close to home she won't have to deal with holiday flight delays/traffic.)

Honeymoon's over. The kitten just peed on the bed. ON. THE. BED. There's not enough ew in the world.

I'm quite capable of driving, and performing physical tasks by rote--even some quite complex ones.

That would be me. Well okay, not driving, because I don't really know how to drive. But I can do my makeup without being really awake. My rule is if I'm not capable of putting on eyeliner and mascara, I am in no condition to be around other humans and should just stay home.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

snooze button is needed, as if there is no snooze, when craxy alarm goes off, I slap the button and fall back to sleep. If it's an OFF button, I keep sleeping. That said, as mentioned way up thread in the insomnia section, I have a TON of alarms of varying things to coax me out of sleep. Tho, since my trip back east, the sleep clock has been reset a bit, and I've been tired sooner, and waking up easier (except when asshat from work calls at 2am to ask a question he answered in the voicemail...asshole).

That said, once I'm up, I am in the shower and out the door. Shower for me is what coffee seems to be for other folks. And, I duck as I say this, I'm one of those freaky folk who doesn't drink coffee (or anything caffeinated in the AM). I know, crazy, huh?

with that, I am working crazy today. Too many projects, not enough time. Yikes! I hate this time of year, mostly due to A CHRISTMAS CAROL. Love seeing ND in the building, really hate the show.

Snooze buttons are horrid. My college roomate would go through 7 or 8 cycles, while i wake up to the click before the alarm goes off. I loved her dearly, and nearly killed her each and every morning.

Kristin, is the kitten not feeling well? Maybe it's time for plastic sheets ;P

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Need being able to get to work today car~ma. The thing is not getting enough juice to start. It's happened a couple times before, and Daniel solved it by cleaning the battery posts and cables a bit. Thing is, I don't even know how to get the cable terminals off on this side-post dealie. If it was a top-post battery, I'd have no trouble. Heck in a pinch I could replace the terminals. But I haven't seen this configuration before, and don't even know how to get the cables to budge.

I've got a bottle of Coke soaking into 'em now.... and about twenty minutes before I have to leave for work.

I'd planned to leave early so I could pick up something for Daniel from the pharmacy before it closes for lunch, and then grab some lunch somewhere.

Pete is my snooze button. The clock is on his side of the bed. The alarm goes off, I mumble something defensively (and possibly pull Clovis over my head), Pete turns off the alarm and lets me sleep for 10 more minutes.

I'm hoping that this is the case and not just a matter of spite. Cats sometimes pee on the bed to tell their humans that they are unhappy, but I can't imagine what could possibly be upsetting the little guy. He's spoiled rotten, and we just cleaned out the litter boxes this morning. He is due for his second dose of worming medication, though, so I suppose it could be something related to that. Sigh.

Really glad we have a washer/dryer handy at times like this.

WANT! Too bad ND doesn't even hear the alarm most of the time.

Maybe he's just trying to dissuade you from the meds "well, if she's busy cleaning she sheets, then she'll forget the nasty pills!". or not.

And for the record, just because my director wakes up at the butt crack of dawn does not make it ok for him to call me 5 HOURS before rehearsal starts to tell me silly things that i already know. I could have been sleeping.
