Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Jilli, we need pictures of you wearing the jacket and the hat.

I'm sick of cleaning. You would think I would learn to clean and organize things little by little every day, but I never do. So, today has been spent doing a couple of weeks worth.

The status is NOT quo.

KT, buzz me. Are we on for hanging today?
Yes, but I just got back from the gym (I did power yoga!), and I haven't taken a shower yet. I need a little down time. You up for coming up here later--dinnertime maybe?
That's a great idea. We should all don our pink and black in honor of the day.
Ooo! I'm in!
If you all wear pink & black today, I want photos.
Will do, ma'am!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Happy Birthday, Jilli!!!!

That hat is utterly perfectly perfect for you. (I didn't realize a hat -- or any object, really -- could be described by (1) Gothic Lolita, (2) steampunk, and (3) Dickens. I am a bland, bland human being.)

Mmm Cuban food. Can't wait. Must get to bank and haircut now.

I'm taking Omnis to my favorite dive Cuban buffet. $12 all-you-can-eat, including drinks, and SO yummy.

He's never had Cuban food--can you imagine? Poor deprived boy!

ION, I'm annoyed. I swear I keep cleaning out the catbox, yet Seamus appears to be the smelliest cat ever. ND and I sing Phoebe's "Smelly Cat" to him frequently. So my house stinks. I've lit a lot of candles and am going to tackle the litterboxes again in a minute, but I'm beginning to think it's a lost cause.

Yes, yes I am. As I learned last week, there are few in my family who venture outside of meat/potatoes & pasta based food. (the two others are my bro-in-law & my uncle... both military men... coincidence?)

Our wings are not tired.

I lost a big long meara, so the short version...

{{Aims}} Yay JZ! Go Fay! Happy Birthday to Jilli!

I'll wear pink, not so much black in my wardrobe.

I think I am hosting Thanksgiving, but not sure for how many or who. House is still a disaster area. But instead of cleaning, now I am headed over to see parental units that have arrived back in Florida for the winter.

It seems insane on the surface for me to host the big food fest, but I do love to cook and entertain so I'll just have to figure out where to find the time. Must find the time to do the stuff I enjoy. Which means looking at recipes because I usually cook the traditional stuff for the carnivores, and something yummy and surprising for the veggy types.

Seamus is a little stinker.
