Angel: Connor, this is Spike and Illyria. Guys, this is Connor. Connor: Hi. umm...I like your outfit. Illyria: Your body warms. This one is lusting after me. Connor: Oh...no, I--I--it's just that it's the outfit. I guess I've had a thing for older women. Angel: They were supposed to fix that.

Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Many Happy Returns of Jilli Day!

I went to Jo Ann. I now have the needles I need to finish piecing my quilt top, the batting for it, the thread for it, and the quilting frame I will use to actually quilt it.

I also have the base fabric for my next project. Clearly I am somewhat unwell.

I am not starting on that project now, though. I will finish the piecing, and then clean, so my apartment is not a mess when I get back from Thanksgiving (and so there are fewer things for the cats to piss on to express their displeasure at being thrown together.)

Did I tell about the kitten my class found? [link] She is a bouncy, fluff who is staying with me and Charlie for the weekend.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Happy Birthday, Jilli!

Has anybody told Matt that a cabinetmaker of his talent could make as much money as a sysadmin of his talent?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Posting from the lovely Sherman Oaks branch of the LAPL. Nora, how is your paper coming along? I've written a little over 4 pages (single-spaced, no footers, etc.). My goal was to do 5-7 this weekend, so I think I'll accomplish that. The end result has to be 20-25 pages and is due 12/12.

t cries and cries

I am very jealous of Fay's shopping trip. I really want to visit her!! Stupid having to earn vacation time again. Grr.

I went on my second craigslist date, to the art museum. It was a good time, but I was not at all attracted to her. Ah well. Maybe we can be friends. I would like to be friends with her.

I also made a fool of myself crying and having a breakdown yesterday--at work I contained most of it by going to lunch, but then when I went out dancing with people, I cried some more, and felt lame (which didnt' help). The people I was out with were super super nice...especially since they've met me TWICE, and once I got drunk and spilled beer on them, and once I was Weepy!Girl. Sigh.

but this pisses me off. His name isn't Kent. It's Kynt. It's one thing to think he has a stupid name, but that doesn't mean you get to change it for him

Ooh, that is annoying.

My mother has decided that, in the face of her grief for the loss of my grandmother, to not host nor attend any Thanksgiving festivities.

Host I can see, but not attend? That just blows. I"m sorry.

when I got back yesterday's place called to say they'll be emailing me an offer package by Monday.

OMG! WHOOOt!

And here I was thinking that after a year and a bit in Bangkok I was past being surprised by the impressive things people can apparently do with their genitals.

Hah! Nice (oooh, and now you all have me earwormed with Chess)

Go me with the Not Running Away!

Go Fay!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JILLI!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Happy birthday, Jilli!

I've fallen behind again. Yays for JZ and Fay and, um, all around! Yays for everyone!

Back to house cleaning. I would happily pay someone to come and clean my house. If I weren't ashamed for anyone to see it.
